RECTIFIERS AND POWER SOLUTIONS

Munk GmbH, a German company of over 50 years’ standing, provides rectifiers for electroplating, anodising, cleaning, electro-painting, purification of water and smelting and refining of metals which are among the world’s best. High efficiency of conversion from ac to dc leads to low losses which adds to profits. Conversion technology can be either SCR or switch mode (IGBT) depending on the application, while cooling can be with either air or water, depending on load and ambient temperature. The ripple factor is very low, leading to excellent and consistent results. Compact, and in some cases scalable solutions lead to savings of space. Munk products are extremely robust and long lasting, and the return on investment more than justifies the premium they command.
