To enable the continuous and extremely consistent running of ‘satin’ nickel processes for up to 144 hours non-stop. Can be used with most satin nickel chemistries. Easily controlled automatic filtration and dosing to get anti-reflection finishes meeting exacting requirements

OIL EXTRACTOR H

Removal of dispersed and floating oil by adsorption in micro fibres – up to 6 litres per day. Increases degreasing bath life and performance.

OIL COALESCENCE SYSTEMS OIL MAX

For removal of floating oil in degreasing and other tanks, from 5 to 25 litre per day – low floor space. Oil recovered can be used with appropriate purification. Increases degreasing bath life and performance.

MINIPURE MECHANICAL MACHINING PURIFICATION SYSTEMS

EASYPURE EFFLUENT TREATMENT SYSTEMS

Compact and stand-alone systems for volumes up to 5,000 litre per day. For batch treatment, modular design and can be used for various liquids that are either recycled or released.

EDUCTOR SYSTEMS

Venturi agitation systems made of PP, PVDF and SS. Many advantages – less toxic fumes in the workshop, excellent homogenisation, better cleaning and plating characteristics, savings on heating, less oxidation and hence lower consumption of organic brighteners and additives

STAINLESS STEEL FILTERS

These can be used for high temperature / high pressure applications – max working pressure 10 bar at 75oC and can handle up to 15 bar at 100oC.
Available in SS 304 and SS 316. Filtration media can be large area pleated cartridges or standard cartridges.

FILTRATION MEDIA

A wide variety of filtration media can be used with Siebec filters, in many cases even interchangeably
